Certified quality for the wire drawing industry

The outstanding quality of Traxit products and the highest standards for production are the core of our business philosophy. Numerous national and international certifications underline this claim and make us a reliable supplier of drawing lubricants for the wire industry.

Traxit headquarters in Schwelm, Germany, were audited by external experts in 1994 and certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. Since 2005, the measures we take for the health and safety of Traxit employees have been subject to company-wide audits in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system. In the meantime we have also established the specifications in accordance with ISO 45001.

Increased sustainability as a corporate goal

Traxit has set itself the goal of identifying and implementing areas of potential for greater sustainability and environmental protection at our plants worldwide. Some plants already fulfil the high requirements of the ISO 50001 standard for efficient energy management in production. Furthermore, we are aiming for recognition of our efforts for more environmental protection, efficient use of resources and reduction of environmental risks in accordance with ISO 14001.

With these concrete goals and measures, we provide our customers with support in making their own contribution to the responsible use of resources and the environment.

Vegan products part of our innovation and sustainability strategy

Certified by The Vegan Society

Research and development are central components of Traxit.

Existing products are adapted to current market and customer requirements and developments and new products are developed. Plant-based ingredients are a central element of many Traxit products.

Traxit was the first company in the world to go one step further and have its dry ingredients certified in accordance with the regulations of The Vegan Society. The British The Vegan Society has confirmed the high requirements with the "Vegan Trademark" certificate.

With the vegan product range, we can also support our customers in their customer-specific sustainability measures and make a contribution to the environment.
